Have you ever read the ingredients in your favorite Chicken Bouillon? I only paid close attention after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I was floored that my go-to Chicken Bouillon wasn't gluten-free! I was shocked to realize how unhealthy the ingredients were—so many chemicals, fillers, and natural flavors.
I didn't set out to create a Chicken Bouillon; it happened more as an accident. After launching my Chicken Ramen Seasoning and Onion Soup Mix at the Gluten Free Expo in Utah (Oct 2022), I was brokenhearted to learn that many potential customers couldn't eat my seasonings because the stock bouillon powders I was using at the time had seed oils, corn, and soy ingredients that they were allergic too.
