We’re a small farm and family operated farm-to-table butcher and grocery market in Warrior, Alabama, passionate about clean, flavorful proteins straight from our farm and a few others from the area straight to your plate. Our proteins are pasture raised, antibiotic and hormone free, treated with compassion, and processed locally. This gives you amazing flavor that is simply not available commercially.

Our Mission

We want you to have an amazing meal at a fair price. We want to support local farms, processors, and other business’s. We want to share our love for God, for our neighbors, our community, and our love for really good food.

Our Story

What began as a hobby raising gentle Mini Highpark calves grew into something much bigger. Life took unexpected turns — the pandemic closed Sandra’s flower shop, and a health challenge shifted our path. Instead of stepping back, we leaned in. We discovered the incredible difference that pasture-raised protein made for our family’s health and meals. One bite of that first breakfast changed everything: better flavor, better digestion, and a new direction.

With encouragement from our community and a lot of hard work, we turned a small downtown building into Forrest Hill Farms at Market on Main. We opened quietly on Warriors’ Day 2025 with just a few coolers, limited inventory, and a simple belief: people deserve real food raised with care.

Word spread fast. Customers loved the taste and kept coming back. Within weeks we were selling out as quickly as we could restock, and we’ve been gratefully busy ever since.

We’re grateful for every customer who walks through our door. You’ve turned a little meat market into something special, and we can’t wait to serve you again. Our journey is not complete.
