I didn't set out to create a beef bouillon; it happened more as an accident. After launching my Chicken Ramen Seasoning at the Gluten Free Expo in Utah (Oct 2022), I was brokenhearted to learn that many potential customers couldn't eat my seasoning because the stock bouillon powder I was using at the time had seed oils, corn, and soy ingredients that they were allergic to.
