Portico Atlantic Norwegian Salmon portions are farmed in Northern Norway by a small, family run operation. Fish are grown in pure, open fjords, are ASC Certified for sustainability, antibiotic free, and single frozen into portions at peak of freshness.
As a small family-run farm and market, we provide farm-to-table beef, pork, and chicken, along with a unique line of all-natural preservative-free seasonings, spice blends, organic sauces, condiments, flours, and premium oils, tallow, and lard.

What to expect at pickup:
You will receive a text or email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. Final pricing will be adjusted to actual weight of product picked. EG: If you purchase a 3 pound roast, we will pick the one closest to 3 pounds but not over.
