Coal Oven Margherita 10" Pizza

The Margherita Coal Oven Pizza is a 10 inch pizza made entirely from scratch. Handmade and baked in Brooklyn, New York Table 87's coal oven pizza has a slightly charred, crispy crust that's topped with our homemade tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and sprinkled grana cheese. The pie is fully cooked, flash frozen, and vacuum sealed in packaging to ensure freshness and to prevent ice crystallization (aka freezer burn). The pie is finished with fresh basil and ready to go from freezer to plate in minutes.
